CANCELLATION POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO WEDDINGS: THE $250 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE
POLICY
We take a deposit at the time of booking of one days tariff. If you cancel more than one week prior to arrival, we refund the deposit minus $15.00. This is an office fee and the cost of two credit card transactions. If you cancel within one week of arrival we do not refund the deposit. We do try to rebook the suite. If we are successful we refund the deposit minus $15.00 as above. In the high season we are usually successful in rebooking.
